Este vorba despre o nouă fază a Programului inter-generațional de reducere a decalajului digital dintre tineri și vârstnici și promovare a îmbătrânirii active și sănătoase în Republica Moldova – „Abilitățile digitale conectează generații”. Participanții programului vor fi instruiți cum să acceseze anumite servicii publice, sociale sau medicale, și vor fi ajutați să-și consolideze reziliența pe timp de pandemie, transmite IPN. Conform datelor colectate în 2020, în cadrul Studiului Generații și Gen, realizat de UNFPA, decalajul digital dintre vârstnici și tineri în Republica Moldova este enorm.
